Personal data we process
When you send a booking request: full name, phone number, email address, preferred contact channel, pickup and drop-off points, date and time, number of passengers, luggage count, flight number, child seat requirement, wheelchair access requirement, and any notes you add.
When you use the contact form: full name, email address, phone number, subject and message content.
Automatically, with both forms: IP address, browser user agent, the language you selected, the time the request was created and — if you consented to advertising cookies — which advertisement brought you to the site.
About the wheelchair field
The wheelchair access field exists solely to assign a suitable vehicle. We do not request, record or process any information about your health, treatment or diagnosis. We are a transport provider, not a healthcare institution.

- Assessing your request and sending you a price quote
- Planning and carrying out the transfer
- Tracking your flight to adjust the pickup time
- Pre-service reminders and post-service feedback
- Meeting legal obligations and providing evidence in case of dispute
- Measuring advertising performance, if you consented to advertising cookies
Legal basis
Booking and contact data are processed on the basis of Article 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK. Advertising measurement data rests solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and — where you have given explicit consent — with Google Ireland Limited for advertising measurement. Any transfer abroad occurs within the scope of KVKK Article 9 and only in respect of consent-based cookie services. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
Retention
Booking and contact records are kept for 10 years after the service is completed (the statute of limitations under the Turkish Code of Obligations). The advertising attribution cookie lasts 6 months, and your cookie preference is stored for 6 months in your browser.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; require that such actions be notified to third parties; object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
